Our drivers carry phones, not clipboards. At every drop they capture a signature, a time stamp and photos electronically, and the proof of delivery goes to you automatically. For refrigerated loads, the reefer unit logs return-air temperature for the whole trip, and we combine that with the GPS journey into a single compliance report.
